OUR CORE STRENGTHS
Small batches, custom moulds,
precise surfaces.
Our foundry specialises in small-batch permanent-mould casting and custom sand casting. The raw material is supplied either as recycled aluminium scrap or as certified ingots with a guaranteed composition, and is melted in two 200 kg crucibles.
Thanks to our exceptionally fine-grained moulding sand, we can achieve excellent surface quality on custom and small-batch castings. Shell cores and sodium-silicate cores also allow us to create complex internal geometries.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
From incoming material
to the finished casting.
We select the most suitable process according to the component geometry, intended use, required surface quality and production volume.
Material and melting
Recycled aluminium or certified ingots with a guaranteed composition are melted in two 200 kg crucibles.
Fine sand moulding
Fine-grained moulding sand provides excellent surface quality for custom and small-batch castings.
Specialised cores
Shell-core and sodium-silicate core technologies enable the production of more complex internal shapes and cavities.
Permanent-mould casting and opening
Depending on the design, permanent moulds are opened hydraulically or manually.
Pattern and mould making
Patterns and permanent moulds are produced with a CNC-controlled pattern mill or conventional machine tools.
Cleaning and finishing
We use a band saw and grinding machines for cleaning castings, and lathes and milling machines for machining.

Production does not end
with casting.
Our in-house machine shop allows us to complete several stages under one roof, from pattern making through to final finishing.
CNC pattern mill
A specialised CNC-controlled machine for the precise production of patterns and permanent moulds.

For conventional machining of rotational components, bores and mating surfaces.
Conventional milling machine
For machining and correcting flat surfaces, grooves and other details.
Band saw and grinding machines
For removing gates and risers, deburring, cleaning and surface preparation.
